New Webinar Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in submitting an idea for an ESA Webinar. Completed forms will be reviewed by staff and you will be contacted within 1 week regarding the status of your proposal. If your proposal is accepted, an ESA staff member will help guide you through the development process and familiarize you with our platforms.


Please note that we require a minimum of six (6) weeks from the submission date of this proposal and the live event. Once finalized, we will work with our marketing department to get a promotional email sent to our membership. Upcoming webinar series are also highlighted in our biweekly e-newsletter (eNews) and in social media posts to reach the broader base of membership.


**Please note that ESA has block-out dates every Friday, and all ESA Branch meeting dates (March 9-12, 17-20, 24-27, April 8-10, 14-17, 21-24), June 24-26, October 10-November 25, December 23-January 2, 2025, and all ESA observed holidays.**

Webinar Dates, Times and Formats

Please provide 3 dates to host the webinar. We recommend hosting webinars Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday between 12-4 PM Eastern Time.

We recommend webinars to start between 12-4 PM Eastern Time

Zoom webinars are similar to a virtual lecture hall or auditorium. Webinars are ideal for large audiences or events that are open to the public. Typically, webinar attendees do not interact with one another. Zoom meetings are ideal for hosting more interactive sessions where you’ll want to have lots of audience participation or break your session into smaller groups.
