The DOM DEIB Committee is seeking abstract submissions, three of which will be selected. Please review the following criteria for submission:

  • Programs or projects must be currently operating or have come to completion in the 2023-2024 academic year.
  • Only DOM projects will be accepted. Projects that include other community partners are acceptable, provided they have been initiated or are primarily managed by DOM members.
  • Programs/projects must be far enough along in their progression at the time of the showcase that outcome data will be available to share.
  • Participating individuals or teams will agree to present the programs/projects that are selected as part of the live broadcast. A specific format for presentations will be provided by the DOM DEIB Committee and a practice session will be held ahead of the showcase.
  • We encourage programs/projects that have been engaging and impactful for both DOM members and other populations - they do not have to be vast in scope or scale.
