ERS Inventory Changes Request Form

Please use this form to submit the hotel's request to add, remove, or modify attributes; add, remove or modify room pools; modify hotel capacity; or modify maximum occupancy for room numbers/room types. The information entered below provides the ERS Team insight on how best to assist the hotel. A separate form should be completed for each property you represent. After review of your responses below, the ERS Team will assign the hotel a wave to begin the Inventory Changes process. A confirmation email will be sent confirming the hotel's assigned wave. Please note that the Inventory Changes process will take between 2 and 6 weeks to complete, depending on complexity of changes made.
