Champlin Place Wait List Application

Champlin Place sits on beautiful, wooded acreage in Rochester, New Hampshire and is designed to meet the needs of residents who want to live in an affordable, well-equipped, modern apartment in an independent living setting.

All members of an applicant household must be 62 years or older and have gross annual income under 60% of the area median income.

Applicants must have sufficient income (or a housing choice voucher) to ensure that monthly rent, which is between $1,200 and $1,500, is not more than 40% of household gross monthly income.
