To request your certificates, you will need to select the academic year you began and the program . You will then need to select the correct certificate, complete the request form, and attach your transcript and any other documentation. You will receive an confirmation email with a link if you need to add or correct anything. We will also review your request and let you know when we are done or if we need more information.
