Please complete this form if you wish to use UC Berkeley's name and/or other trademarks, if you wish to license copyrighted works owned by the University, or if you are seeking script review for a project you wish to film on campus. Please note, in some cases, the review process may involve consultation with other departments and units. Thank you. All requests related to products / merchandise (including requests to use University trademarks on products for personal use), or inquiries about obtaining a retail license, should be redirected to Licensing Office (https://calbears.com/sports/2017/8/30/licensing.aspx) for processing.

Campus Departments may request a set of logo lockups for internal University use by emailing the Office of Communications & Public Affairs at brand@berkeley.edu. You will receive a package of all applicable lockup style variations, in all five colorways, in a variety of file formats including png, svg, eps, and pdf.

Please describe the project, including the context and way in which the University will be portrayed, and the intended use of the resulting material.

Please upload a copy of the design, film / television production script, photos or other supporting material / documentation. If you are requesting use pursuant to a written agreement, please upload a copy of the signed agreement. Multiple attachments may be uploaded.
