Jacques S. Gansler Fellowship Application
Jacques S. Gansler Fellowships will be awarded by the Professional Services Council Foundation to select students who meet the following criteria: · Are enrolled full time in an accredited graduate school program. · Are committed to conducting research on some combination of issues and/or challenges associated with the government’s acquisition of, and access to, technology, innovation and national security and the nexus of the public and private sectors. · The research will be of the highest academic rigor and standards and have practical implications and applications. · The research and resultant paper must be completed and submitted to the PSC Foundation prior to the end of the academic year for which it is awarded. · The research project is not being financially supported by any other Fellowship or Scholarship program. · Permission is granted to the Professional Services Council Foundation to contact any research advisor or the school to verify eligibility for consideration. · Permission is granted to the Professional Services Council Foundation to publicly disclose information on Fellowship awardee selection and the research topic to be undertaken. Permission is also granted to the Professional Services Council Foundation to make publicly available the final research paper submitted and to use the research results without restriction. One or more Fellowships of up to $10,000 each will be awarded. Awardees may use the Fellowship funds as best suits their individual needs (i.e., tuition, living expenses, etc.). The selection committee will review all applications and notify awardees once the selection has been made. All decisions of the selection committee, including how many fellowships to award and the funding to be provided to each awardee, are final.
