JARVIS (Joint Automated Repository for Various Integrated Simulations) is a repository designed to automate materials discovery and optimization using classical force-field, density functional theory, machine learning calculations and experiments.

CHiMaD (Center for Hierarchical Materials Design) is a NIST Center of Excellence on Advanced Materials founded in 2014. Since inception, CHiMaD develops computational tools for materials data and supports multiple materials data bases and resources including the Open Quantum Materials Database (OQMD).
