HEERA and/or Lead Update Form
Form Purpose and Usage:
This form is intended for completion by a HEERA Manager or their designated representative.
Use this form if:
- A single employee
- Multiple employees
- For multiple employees you will be required to attach an excel file with Employees Name and their Bronco ID
- An entire department
- For an entire department you will be required to provide Department ID Number.
If employees are to report to different HEERA Managers or Leads, each reporting arrangement requires a separate form.
Restrictions:
This form is exclusively for updating Lead or HEERA for Staff or MPP positions. It is not applicable to Faculty or Student positions.
