Volunteer Registration Form
This registration form is to be completed by qualified individuals that have completed an approved Safety Assessment Program (SAP) training course and would like to be registered as an OrSAP Building Safety Evaluator.
Once information provided on the registration form has been verified you will be added to the registry. An email will be sent to the email provided on the registration form after processing is complete.
An approved OrSAP refresher training must be taken every five years.
If your qualifying license and/or certification lapses you may be removed from the OrSAP registry.
