MWI Repairs Service

Welcome to the MWI Repairs Service. Please complete this form with the details of the repairs you require.


A PDF document will then be emailed to you, which you will then need to print.


Then place clean, individually wrapped instruments in a clear bag (ideally 8 x 11 inches) along with the printed PDF document.


Please then hand the clear bag to your MWI driver for delivery to our workshop.

Please keep separate. Do not put your clear bag, containing items for repair, in tote bins.
