Properties in a Green Zone qualify for higher incentives. You can check if your property is in a Green Zone by entering your address into our Green Zone map. Green Zones are highlighted on the map in green.

Properties in a Great Street Eligible Priority Areas qualify for higher incentives. You can check if your property is in a Great Street Priority Area by entering your address into our Great Streets map. Priority areas are highlighted on the map in purple or orange. See the Great Streets map
Units enrolled in a housing subsidization program, or rented at or below 80% Area Median Income.
Properties over 50,000 square feet in size in the Energy Benchmarking program can qualify for higher incentives.

No more than $175,000. Funds must be spent in the year they are awarded.
E.g., What is being replaced or upgraded, who is benefitting from the City funding, etc.
Projects should be able to be substantially complete in 2025.
