For a University of Arizona hybrid or in-person event, begin by securing your room reservation(s) through Astra and then fill out this Request Form. For a University of Arizona virtual event, or any event by an external group, start by filling out this Request Form.

For us to be able to accommodate your event, requests must be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date.
