Vehicle Booking-In

The venue is in a high-traffic area and, therefore, requires extra consideration to ensure that the traffic flow during load-in and load-out is managed as safely and effectively as possible.

ALL VEHICLES wishing to unload directly outside the aef hall (Hall 8 at Fira Montjuic) will need to make a booking – one booking will be required per vehicle.

Please note that all requests will be reviewed individually, in order received and be given the first available slot if the requested time is not available. Please state your preferred time and date below.

Time allocated will depend on the vehicle type. You will need to move the vehicle as soon as your allocated time has elapsed.

REMINDER

ALL persons entering site during build-up and breakdown will be required to register in advance for a FIRA CONTRACTOR PASS via this link and read and sign our Site Induction onsite. This will be checked upon arrival.

LIFTING

All goods that require lifting by forklift or machinery MUST use Kuehne & Nagel’s service. Any smaller items that can be hand-carried or taken in using a hand-wheeled trolley/pump truck can be taken in by yourselves/your contractor.
