- The dispute is logged directly to the NCR Complaints Department
- You will receive a Whatssap message to verfify your submission - Do Not Ignore this message.
- The system shall perform automatic assessment of your case merit and eligibility for dispute
- The NCR shall check the Dhs to establish debt review status and debt counsellor details.
- The debt counsellor on record will be notified of the dispute.
- A Complaints Official is assigned to your case.
- Your will receive live updates of every step taken on your case.
