Residential Speed Hump Opt Out

This form is to be used by a block club president or a petitioner on the block where the City of Detroit has proposed to install a speed hump and the majority of residents on the block wish to be removed. Fill out the form below with all required information including a signed letter from the block club captain or a petition including signatures from all residents on the block. The letter and the petition must include; names, address, phone number, and signatures of the residents on the block.
