Rock Paper Scissors 2025 - Vendor Application
Our annual Rock/Paper/Scissors Book + Print Fair is back on Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 11 am to 4 pm on the first and second floor of the Art Gallery of Guelph. Load-in will occur between 9 am and 11 am, and load-out will occur between 4 pm and 6 pm. The event space is accessible by both a ramp and stairs leading to the front entrance.
Exhibitors are welcome to sign up for a full table or share one. Let us know if you want to share the table with a colleague. The tables are 30 x 72 inches in size. Two chairs will be placed behind each table. Let us know if you will need an additional chair at a table. There will be internet access (wifi) on site. Though we cannot guarantee power outlets behind each table, charging stations will be set up at the front desk and existing plugs throughout the gallery.
The deadline to apply is January 27, 2025. Applicants will be notified of the status of their application by email on Feb 3, 2025.
Rock Paper Scissors is devoted to small-scale publishing and the social life of the book. We encourage artists, collectives, micro publishers, and zine and printmakers to apply. There is no table fee to participate, but priority will be given to 2SLGBTQ+ and BIPOC applicants.
Mileage will be provided up to 300 km roundtrip to all exhibitors coming from outside of Guelph.

Rock Paper Scissors is part of a weekend of programming hosted by Publication Studio Guelph, including a series of book-related and writing workshops. Workshop announcement and sign-up will be released in a few weeks.
