Please fill out the following online application for PERMANENT tenant signs, building identification signs, directory signs, standalone monument signs and Master Sign Plans. A Town staff member will contact you within two (2) business days after the application has been submitted. Town staff will review the application and determine if it is complete and email the applicant with next steps, additional materials required and the fee amount. A SEPARATE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR EACH SIGN: For businesses which are allowed more than one sign please fill out this questionnaire for all requested signs.


**NOTE: Tenants must provide PROPERTY OWNER APPROVAL of the proposed signs.**
