CAD Q2: Describe your familiarity with Plan Production and Automation in AutoCAD Civil 3D:*

1) I haven’t worked with these tools in Civil 3D and would need guidance to understand how they function and how to implement them.

1) I haven’t had much exposure to processing topographic surveys and would need training to understand the tools and steps involved.

1) I’m most comfortable working with the tools and processes I already know in Civil 3D and I prefer to stick with familiar workflows.

1) Limited experience, primarily familiar with theoretical concepts from coursework or entry-level exposure to private development projects.

2) Moderate experience, having worked on several private development projects with some exposure to design and technical aspects.

CM Q2: How would you rate your experience managing public infrastructure construction projects (sewer, water, storm drain, roadway systems, etc.)?*

1) I have no experience managing public infrastructure projects, though I am interested in gaining experience in this area.

2) I have moderate experience in public infrastructure construction management, having worked on a few projects but not in a lead role for all aspects.

3) I have extensive experience managing public infrastructure projects, having overseen multiple projects involving sewer, water, storm drains, and roadway systems from start to completion.

1) I am not familiar with these aspects of construction management and would need training to perform these tasks.

2) I have some familiarity with these tasks, having had limited involvement in inspections, reports, and payment requests, but I would benefit from more experience.

3) I am very familiar with these processes and have regularly conducted site inspections, reviewed inspector daily reports, processed payment requests, and handled change orders on previous projects.

1) I have basic familiarity with these programs and can perform simple tasks, but I will require additional training for more advanced uses.

3) I am highly proficient with all these software tools and can efficiently use them to manage construction documents, track project progress, and generate reports.

1) I have little to no experience working on grant-funded projects and would need guidance on the documentation and processes involved.

2) I have some knowledge of grant-funded projects and their documentation requirements, having been involved in projects with such funding, but I have not managed the entire process independently.

3) I have a strong understanding of grant-funded projects, having successfully navigated the requirements for FHWA, HUD, EDA, and state funding on multiple projects, including the necessary documentation and compliance procedures.
