Professional support is a dedicated program of professional guidance from an experienced facilitator which enables IPS program staff to reflect on their work, and to learn, develop and to improve their practice.

At the core of the professional support model is a structured and dedicated space away from general work commitments, specifically for professional support. Sessions are confidential and professional support facilitators guide and support IPS program staff to reflect on their practice, broaden their perspectives and discover possibilities for professional growth.

Professional support is available to all IPS vocational specialists and IPS supervisors in the DSS funded IPS program in headspace.
