This form must be completed by a district administrator for a district implementation or by a building-level administrator for a building-level implementation.

Please Note: EDUIDs are required for state-funded programs. The onboarding process will be postponed if EDUIDs are not provided during rostering.

Available at no cost to Idaho students:

Imagine Math and Imagine Math Facts are available for participating students in grades K–12.

Imagine Language & Literacy and Imagine Reading are available to English language learners in grades 6–12.
