If you have completed the pre-recorded video, an ONLINE Virtual class and / or LIVE In-Person class is not required.


The Virtual Class is currently held via Webex (similar to a Zoom/FaceTime meeting). On the day of your class you will receive the link to join via email. You will also receive a phone number if you do not have an option to use a computer / tablet / or smartphone.
