Participation cost: Full table in each city (10 SKUs max.) AUD $7,200 + GST

Invoices: Full participation cost will be issued by our finance team upon participation acceptance with payment due in 30 days.

Additional costs: Participants will be responsible to cover costs incurred with wine consolidation/freight, travel and accommodation, these are not included in the participation fee.

Important: Exhibitors must hold GACC registration and have requisite labelling on all samples being sent to China for this event.

Please note, a maximum of 50 exhibitors can be accommodated for this event, and all registrations meeting the participation criteria and terms and conditions will be entered into a lottery process to ensure equity of access. Wine Australia retains the right to ensure an appropriate balance of regions, varietals, styles are showcased, having regard to the strategic objectives of the activity and the China market. Acceptance will be communicated by Wine Australia.

A waitlist will manage any movement with the exhibitor list.
