SCA (Qld) Fellow Strata Community Supplier Nominee Application Form B2a

Must belong to a Strata Services Corporate member.

Cost: Complimentary if first nominee of Corporate member; Additional Nominee - $343.20 (incl. GST) per nominee per annum.

Membership entitlements can be viewed on the SCA (Qld) Website

SCA (Qld) and National Operations staff are not permitted to disclose this information to other parties including Board members or any third party in a manner that would identify an individual firm.

Eligibility criteria

- Provides services or products to the strata sector. Nominee does not carry out strata management services as defined in section 14 of the BCCMA.

- Must abide by Code of Conduct

- Has not been declared bankrupt or convicted of an offence involving dishonesty

- The application will not meet the criteria guidelines where the applicant is not of good repute within the industry, has outstanding commissioner orders concerning practice standards, or where there is a history of commissioner orders of concern about practice standards and/or ethical issues

- Must be an existing accredited strata community supplier member of the strata community

- Minimum 5 years experience working with strata communities - Demonstrate extensive record of service to industry; a minimum of 30 CPD volunteer hours (Board or committee participation, and dedication to training or mentoring)

- Hold membership with their services industry association

- Achieved 6 CPD points over the past 12 months

- Demonstrate extensive record of service to industry (Board or committee participation, and dedication to training or mentoring) - National Police check on application

- To be eligible for renewal, Fellow members are required to

Collect 12 CPD points in 24 months. Must achieve a minimum of 3 SCA CPD points per annum.

National Police Check provided every 3 years
