Before beginning this process, please be sure to have the Classroom Review Board and/or the Space Committee approval if proposing a project in a General Assignment Classroom or any rooms that belong to another department involved.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: January 20th of each academic year. Unfortunately no late submissions will be considered after this date.

UTFAB Funding Rules

Please describe the benefits to students in accordance with UTFAB By-Laws (see Article VII, Funding Rules).

Will all technology and services in the proposal be directly used by students?*

How does this project promote and assist the academic mission of Colorado State University as it relates to student success?*

Is any part of this proposal funded through individual college Charges for Technology?*

What level of financial co-sponsorship being contributed to the project by the University?*

Is any of proposed technology or service currently provided through other technology fee-funded projects?*

UTFAB will review all proposed projects. If your project is accepted to present to UFFAB, you will be asked to give a formal presentation to UTFAB in the Spring.

Final UTFAB approval of proposed projects will be formally announced to the project submitter. The UTFAB proposed projects will be presented to the SFRB.
