Thank you for your interest in submitting a session proposal!

Session presentations should be 60 minutes long and can take a variety of formats including: presentation, workshop, roundtable discussions, panels, etc. We welcome all types of session proposals!.

The deadline for submitting proposals is February 24, 2025.

You are responsible for submitting a final title and session description, speaker bios, and release forms by March 21, 2025, and all session materials by April 4, 2025.
If selected to present, you understand that you and any co-presenters/teams are responsible for all costs incurred by attending the IHE Conference, including but not limited to travel and accommodations. The Conference is free to attend.
That you will be assigned a presentation liaison to assist you with your presentation. The liaison will assist with questions, tech requirements and uploading information to our conference website.

If selected to present, you understand that you and any co-presenters/teams are responsible for all costs incurred by attending the CCRSM Leadership Summit, including but not limited to travel and accommodations. As a reminder, there is no registration fee to attend the Summit.
Selected presenters will be assigned an Educate Texas Leadership Coach to assist you with your presentation. The leadership coach will assist with questions related to presenting, reviewing of session drafts, tech requirements, and uploading information to our summit platform, Sched.
Selected presenters are responsible for submitting to Educate Texas:

A final title and session description by April 18, 2025.
All speaker bios and release forms by May 3, 2025.
Session Materials to be shared on the Summit Virtual platform by June 6, 2025.
