Requirements for mentors:

• Served at UCOP at least one year
• Been recommended by a mentor
• Able to commit the time
• Open to sharing lessons and coaching
• Open to learning

Program Information:

The 2025 program orientation and matching process will occur in January and February 2025. Once matched, we expect mentors and mentees to meet at least eight times between March and November 2025. Mentors will also be required to meet three times a year as a cohort. On average, mentors spend a total of 15 hours on mentorship activities during the duration of this one year program.
