SIBT Appeal & Complaint Application

This form is to be used by any SIBT student or potential student who wishes to lodge Formal Complaint or Appeal or where the incident is of a serious enough nature to warrant immediate escalation.


  • Formal Complaint must lodged within 15 working days, from the date of the decision or event
  • Internal Appeal must lodged within 20 working days of the date of the decision or the outcome of the formal complaint
  • Late applications will be considered at the discretion of SIBT
  • All applications must include supportive documentation
