The personal data you have provided in this form will be used by BF for the following purposes:

• To collate messages of condolence and send to the family of James Williams
• To collate a tribute/obituary for James Williams
• To contact you in relation to the information provided on this form

BF will store and retain the personal data you have provided in this form as follows:

• Published messages of condolences will be retained indefinitely on the BF website as a matter of record.
• Messages of condolence which are not published will be retained for up to two years (a maximum of 24 months) at which point the data will be anonymised and all personal data deleted.
