Chapter Support Team

The Chapter Support Team on the DEI committee will be trained to provide the following:

Attend monthly meetings of DEI committee
Provide support to college chapters as needed and when assigned
This could include coaching chapter officers and advisors through changes, audits of their organization practices, coaching them through their response to an incident, or helping them identify goals and tactics to achieve those goals
Temporary support to a chapter officer who may not have a DEI advisor

DEI Education & Training Team

The DEI education & training team will be trained to provide the following:

Attend monthly meetings of the DEI committee
Learn Theta’s DEI education & training programs
Facilitate trainings as needed and when assigned
Provide guidance and assistance in updating existing content and building new content
