How long are your class periods?
This info will help us plan times for when your classes will have labs. Note that high school sessions are 90 minutes long and must have 15 minutes minutes between sessions for re-set.
Please list any and all weekdays that your school would be unavailable to receive a visit from the Mobile Lab Program:

Morehead offers multiple opportunities for scholarships to cover some or all of the cost of our Outreach programs. Different scholarships have different eligibility requirements, such as free/reduced lunch percentage, title 1 funding, or which county the school is in. What percentage of your school's enrollment has free and reduced lunch?
Schools with 76% reduced lunch or more are eligible for our Jupiter Ball scholarship as funds permit. Schools must be listed on NC DPI website or documentation must be provided by school's Principal.

When would you like to schedule your Mobile Lab visit?
Educators will attempt to book to your semester's preference, pending the program's travel schedule and availability. You can request up to 1 visit per semester, per school year.
1st Semester (September - January)
2nd Semester (February - June)
Both (2 visits, 1 each semester)
No Preference (1 visit, any semester)
Which kind of Mobile Lab visit would you like to request for your school?
Bus visits include our fully-equipped 40-foot customized bus, with lab sessions led by Morehead educators for up to three, 90 minute sessions.
Cost: $350 (1-day visit), $275/ea. consecutive day.
Educator visits do not include the bus; our Morehead educator leads lab activities in your classroom with our equipment. A school staff member’s presence is still required for safety and liability reasons, and to assist with classroom management.
Cost: $200 (1-day visit), $150/ea. consecuitive day.
If you are requesting a bus visit, where can the bus be parked for the duration of the visit?
Be specific - our driver will use this information to park in the appropriate space so that the bus won't need to be moved after arriving and setting up for classes. If you don't have this info yet, you can leave it blank, but we will need this information prior to your visit.

Use this information to specify which modules you would like for each of your classes in the questions below. Please note that due to the difficulty in switching between modules quickly, we usually cannot accommodate scheduling different modules on the same day.
How many classes do you want to schedule for Mobile Lab sessions?
Please note that the Mobile Labs program can only accommodate 24 students per session. Sessions are 90 minutes long, with a minimum of 15 minutes between, and up to 3 total sessions/day. Schools requesting more than 3 sessions, or more than one module for their visit, will require multi-day visits.
