HP will host a discovery session to:

• Establish core HP and non-HP team for evaluation and determine steady-state cadence of meetings.

• Gain concurrence within the evaluation timelines and associated workstreams.

• Confirm Information Security approvals and technical configurations.

• Review end user computing infrastructure.

The HP TechPulse portal, located at https://www.hptechpulse.com, will provide the central hub for all device analytics and reports. Using the portal, detailed information on enrolled devices can be viewed, including:

• Device hardware inventory.

• Device software inventory.

• HP warranty status for the device.

• Aggregate health status of managed devices, including OS version and listing of incident types as a percentage.

HP Proactive Insights includes the following reporting capability:

• Hardware, BIOS, and software inventory reports including BIOS version, installed applications, processor, memory, and a wide range of other details.

• HP device warranty status.

• Identify devices to be enrolled.

• Enroll devices using the instructions provided by HP.

• Submit a request for the addition or removal of managed devices and users.

• Review hardware, software, and other reports and respond as necessary.

Devices managed by HP TechPulse will have a software agent installed to collect asset and event information related to the device. User-sensitive data including credentials, files, content, and personal data will not be captured. Collected data will be stored in a secure cloud repository(1).

HP Services are governed by the applicable HP TechPulse terms and conditions of service provided or indicated to the Customer / Partner at the time of purchase. The Customer / Partner may have additional statutory rights according to applicable local laws, and such rights are not in any way affected by the HP terms and conditions of service, or the HP Limited Warranty provided with an HP product.

(1) Data is protected using SSL during data transfer from the device client to the web server. The data can only be accessed through the HP TechPulse server.
