WAITLIST -- 2018 SHC Holiday Bazaar Vendor Application

If you would like to be added to our vendor waitlist please fill out the form below. Vendors will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, with regard to availability and category. We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. Submission of your application is not a guaranteed acceptance. Confirmation of acceptance of your application will be emailed and your $35 non-refundable deposit fee will need to be remitted within 5 business days of notification.

Stafford Hills Club Annual Holiday Bazaar is held in the lobby of the main building. There will be wine tasting and vendor tables setup throughout the lobby selling a variety of items & services. We invite you to participate in our inaugural event.


The Holiday Gift Bazaar offers you the chance to showcase your crafts and fine goods, along with a select number of vendors. The show will open to the public on Wednesday, November 14 from 5pm-8pm. The cost to participate in the event is $75, for which you receive one 6’ table to showcase your items and inclusion in all marketing and advertising for the event as well as the full profit for each item sold from your area.

$75: One 6ft Rectangular Table, black table linen, chair

$110: Two 6ft Rectangular Tables, black table linens, chair
