Underrepresented Trainee Survey

The Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program (BSGP) is dedicated to advancing inclusivity, diversity and equity to promote educational, research, and service excellence and innovation. We strongly believe a diverse and inclusive work and training environment is critical to the health and well-being of all our faculty, staff and students. To facilitate this mission, the following information is requested. These data are also required for National Institutes of Health and University of New Mexico reporting. The individual responses below will not be shared with the BSGP Admissions Committee, and data will be reported in aggregate form only.

Please fill out this survey only once. If you forget to take a screenshot, email us at SOMREO@salud.unm.edu and we will help you resolve the problem.
