Stanford requires a minimum retainer of $8,000 to establish a line of credit. SUMS will refund any unused retainer fee amounts after (1) all invoices are paid in full; (2) SUMS confirms no new user billings are pending; and (3) SUMS removes the User from having any future access to the shared resource.

Notes:

• The retainer is not applied as a pre-payment. User is still required to pay invoices according to terms set forth in the agreement.
• SUMS may increase the required retainer if average monthly invoices are above $4,000.
