Please Note:
- Five (5) business day's advanced notice is required when scheduling an FSM IT/AV supported room listed on this form.
- Our office hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday
- We cannot provide support after hours or on weekends. If you need support during those times we can arrange for an outside vendor to come in and provide you with support at your cost, or we can provide you with extensive training on the AV system.
