This is a cash-free, card-free event. All transactions will be made with tickets purchased from the on-site ticketing booth, and you will be reimbursed for your sales following the event.

Food trucks selected for booking will be required to submit the following, per event, in order to secure their spot:

• A $200 vendor deposit – $150 is refundable provided you attend and stay for the duration of the event or find a suitable replacement (Due to the special requirements of the Southern Street Eats event on 8/16, the $200 deposit will be fully refundable!)

• A copy of your Retail Food Establishment License

• Two copies of your Certificate of Insurance – One naming the City of Lone Tree as additionally insured and one naming Schweiger Ranch or South Suburban Parks and Recreation as additionally insured

• A completed City of Lone Tree Business License and Sales/Use Tax Application – If you only have an incidental presence in Lone Tree (i.e. you're only joining us for an event, not doing business here full time), you are not required to pay the licensing fee. However, we still need a completed application to establish a sales tax account for you.

• For Backyard Beats and Independence Day events – A completed South Suburban Parks and Recreation Park Use Application (we will submit this on your behalf and cover the permit fee)

• For Backyard Beats: Southern Street Eats – A W-9 is required for us to pay your reimbursement of items sold
