CFE Faculty Associate Program 2025-2026 Application Form

Thank you for your interest in applying for the CFE Faculty Associate Program!


In order to apply for the program, you must download the CFE Faculty Associate Program 2025-2026 Application Template and complete the application. Then upload the application with a copy of your CV and a letter of support from your department chair or school director in the area below labeled "Faculty Associate Application File Upload."


Applications are due Monday, March 10, 2025 at 5:00 PM. If you have any questions about the Faculty Associate Program or have any trouble using this form, please contact the CFE office at cfe@bgsu.edu
