If you are not sure, please email echristian@wpb.org with the property address. The former voucher program was available 2012-2023 and was updated to a credit program in late 2023. Residential properties are eligible for up to two credit/vouchers and commercial properties are eligible for up to twenty credit/vouchers for the lifetime of the property.

This can be found on your City of West Palm Beach Water Utility Bill. If you need help finding your water account number, please call (561) 822-1300.
If your water account begins with 1000, you likely have a Palm Beach County Water Utility Account and not a City of West Palm Beach Water Utility Account. Palm Beach County Water Utility Accounts do not qualify for this program.

Credit can cover toilet and accessories needed for installation.
We recommend taking a clear photo on dark background with no shadows or a scanned copy.
When replacing a 1.6gpf toilet with a 1.0gpf or less toilet, we highly recommend also uploading a photo of the gallons per flush stamp that is on your original toilet to show proof.
This is a voluntary program offered on a first-come first-served basis until program funding is exhausted. Submittal of this application does not guarantee participation in this program or that the applicant will receive a toilet credit.
The City of West Palm Beach does not recommend, warranty, or guarantee any product, service, or installation that may be associated with this program. The City of West Palm Beach is not responsible for the quality of the product or any damage to the applicant's home or property as a result of this program. The City of West Palm Beach does not guarantee a reduction in water usage or in water utility bill from participation within this program. The City of West Palm Beach reserves the right to modify this program at its discretion.
