This Entry form is for one artwork only.
If you are submitting more than one piece (maximum of 4), you need to fill out separate forms for each artwork.
Entry Requirements
All media accepted, family-friendly subject matter, NO SIZE restrictions. Limit of four (4) pieces. All Exhibition Policies and Standards will be strictly enforced. 3D artists may need to provide their own display stands for gallery exhibition. Video artists will need to supply their own display and hanging hardware.
Please note, artwork that has previously been in a PSA juried exhibition is not eligible for this exhibition. A reminder, artwork entered in a non-juried exhibition is eligible for subsequent juried exhibitions.
ENTRY STEPS:
1 - Prepare a digital image of your artwork.
- One (1) digital image at 150PPI, 2MB or larger. Crop to the image, without a frame. This is for Exhibition Committee reference only. All artwork will be professionally photographed at the in-person take-in.
- 3D artwork, one view only against a plain background
- Name the file: LastFirst-title of piece.jpg — i.e., DoeJane-Untitled 309.jpg
1a - Video Art Submission
- Video art must be uploaded to Vimeo or Youtube.
- Submit a keyframe from the video for publication.
- Provide a link to the video.
2 - Artist’s Statement
- Write a unique statement directly related to this submitted artwork.
- This statement should be 60 words minimum to 100 words maximum. Statements not adhering to the word-count will be returned to the artist.
- This statement will appear under the image of your artwork in the catalog. Duplicate statements over multiple pieces will be returned to the artist for rewrite. Be creative with your words as well as with your art!
3 - Fill and submit the form.
- Provide the information requested.
- Click on "Send me a copy of my responses" at the bottom of the form. The copy will come from SmartSheet, not PSA.
- You will need to attach this form to accepted artwork when delivering it to the gallery.
- Make sure to "Sign and Date" at the bottom of the form.
- Hit the SUBMIT button.
