- We have trained and made our stand staff aware of the hazards to be expected on site. We have read and are committed to following the Health & Safety and the Stand Rules & Regulations of the IBC Exhibition Manual.
- We have read and are committed to following the Health & Safety and the Stand Rules & Regulations of the IBC Exhibition Manual. We will ensure our stand(s) are safely built and completed before show opens and dismantled by end of show tenancy. We accept their will be financial risks to our company if we fail to build or breakdown our stand(s) in the allotted time.
- We have completed a Risk Assessment and warrant that our exhibits, demonstrations, and work practices will cause no significant risk to either ourselves or others on site. The Risk Assessment is available on request.
- Any prohibited item(s) or special activities will be declared via the Stand Activities form. We agree to declare all restricted/prohibited activities we are planning to be on our stand. We understand that failure to declare or provide further information for any stand activities listed on the Stand Activities form, may result in the item(s) being refused, removed from your stand and/or your stand being restricted or closed off for the duration of the show.
- We have read and passed on to our appointed contractors/stand builders (if applicable) the Health & Safety and the Stand Rules & Regulations of the IBC Exhibition Manual. We are satisfied that our contractors are competent to undertake their tasks safely.
- We have checked that our appointed contractors/stand builders (if applicable) have prepared a specific Risk Assessment and Method Statement, and that they have passed the relevant safety information on to their staff and sub-contractors. The Risk Assessment and Method Statement have been submitted to the organiser via the Stand Plan Submission process.
