The purpose of the following survey is to gain an understanding of the current landscape of generative AI usage among CPE sponsors, including instructional designers and other learning and developments professionals in the accounting space. The goal is to assess the familiarity and experience with these tools, identify the specific applications and benefits and uncover the primary challenges. Additionally, the survey seeks to determine whether organizations have established policies or guidelines for the ethical and effective use of generative AI. The National Registry team hopes to gather valuable insights that can inform future strategies and support structures around the use AI tools in the development of CPE.
