Procedure:

(1) Students must acknowledge the Student Dream Book Loan / Rental Contract.

(2) Students must be an active AND eligible participant of the Dream Program.

(3) Students who already have been awarded with EOPS and/or Promise Plus and/or CalWORKS and/or Veterans textbook vouchers DO NOT QUALIFY for the Student Dream Book Loan / Rental.

(4) Students must provide the most current class schedule.

(5) Students will be notified via email within 48 hours after submitting the book / rental request for status.

(6) Textbooks must be in good condition when returned to Mt. SAC Bookstore / Follett on or before the due date.

(7) All Dream Equity - Book Loan / Rental will be processed either virtually and/or in-person.

(8) Failure to return the book(s) by the last day of finals week in good condition will result in loss of borrowing privileges for future semesters/terms.

(9) Water damage, excessive writing/highlight, and excessive wear are considered 'damaged' and not acceptable for returns which will result in loss of borrowing privileges for future semester/terms.

I understand that by typing my name in the box below I have agreed to return the borrowed book to Mt. SAC Bookstore / Follett in good condition. Failure to return the book by the due date in good condition will result in loss of borrowing privileges for future semesters/terms.
