1. Apply for a Banquet Permit or a Special Occasion License from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (http://lcb.wa.gov/), if you are not using a licensed caterer. 2. See guidelines to confirm what permit or license you need. 3. Email a copy of the permit or license to cahnrs.majors@wsu.edu.
