2025-26 Pima's Financial Aid & Scholarships Outreach Request Form

Thank you for your interest in scheduling an outreach event with our department. We are excited to support your students and families through FAFSA and PCC Scholarship presentations, resource tabling events, FAFSA Nights, and more!


To ensure a safe and successful event, we require the following:

  • A staff representative must be available and present at all times during the event.
  • An estimated number of expected attendees must be provided to determine appropriate staffing.
  • Internet access and electronic devices (laptops, tablets, or smartphones) must be available to participants for any application-based workshops. Please note that we do not provide Wi-Fi hotspots, laptops, or tablets.
  • Communication regarding parking instructions, campus access, or other important logistics must be sent to our team at least one week prior to the scheduled event. This helps ensure our timely arrival and preparedness.


As guests at your location, it is important that your staff lead and facilitate the event while we provide support. Your partnership is crucial to ensuring the health, safety, and success of the outreach event.


Please note, we are unavailable for outreach services during January, July, and August each year due to peak enrollment periods.


After submitting your request, our team will follow up within 2-3 business days to confirm availability or discuss alternative dates if necessary.

A minimum of 2 week advance notice required for all event requests. Our outreach services are not available in January, July nor August of each year due to the peak enrollment season at the start of the semester. Please plan accordingly!
