INFORMATION:

Use this form to officially submit a request to have your external exam scores transferred to Foothill College. The following types of external exams are currently accepted:

• Advanced Placement (AP)

• College Level Examination Program (CLEP)

• International Baccalaureate Exam (IB)

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have a Foothill College student identification number (CWID)

• Official external exam transcripts on file with Admissions and Records.

ADVISORY:

Consult with a Foothill College counselor to learn more about the benefits and limitations associated with transferring AP, CLEP, and/or IB exam scores.

PROCESS & TURNAROUND:

• Requests are processed based on the order in which received.

• Requests may take up to 30 business days (excludes weekends and college holidays).
