President's Volunteer Service Award

Hours are measured over a 12-month period (Oct. 1st-Sept. 30th) and awards are designated based on cumulative hours.

The awards are offered in multiple levels and are designed to recognize each milestone of your service achievement. Levels include bronze, silver, gold and the highest honor, the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for those who contribute more than 4,000 hours of service in their lifetime.

The Lifetime Achievement Award is not available to be awarded at this time. GSACPC will verify hours, submit orders for the appropriate award and deliver to Service Units as they arrive.

Please upload your excel document using the link below. Each excel document must be in the proper format. Please use the template provided by GSACPC on the Additional Award's page. We must manually enter every volunteer's hours, having them all in the same format is the only way to make that possible.

Submissions not in the proper format will be returned to the volunteer, this may impact your award deadline and award eligibility. If you have questions please email amedina@girlscoutsaz.org.
