These requests are for vendor renewals only. IF THIS IS FOR A NEW VENDOR REQUEST, please fill out an application online at https://abc.austintexas.gov.

This includes changes with the cart, location, hours of operation, and/or types of products or services provided.

Photos (FYI: A photo of the cart in the vending location will be REQUIRED every renewal year.), Application (REQUIRED), Insurance, Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit, and/or Mobile Food Permit

1.) I do not have an outstanding violation to a permit issued under Chapter 14 of the City of Austin Code in the two years preceding the date of this application. 2.) If application fee applies, I acknowledge that fee must be paid before submittal will be reviewed.
