By submitting this form, you are confirming that you understand the following:

• The externally assessed terminal component must be sat in the exam series in which a learner intends to claim certification.
• Learners who sit the externally assessed terminal component in January, can no longer claim the January exam result if the learner resits the component in May/June (even if the May/June outcome is lower than the previous examination result).
• Learners who sit the externally assessed terminal component in January have been made aware they can no longer claim the January exam result if they resit the component in May/June.
• If a learner completes their internally assessed components in May/June, they will not be able to certificate without sitting the externally assessed terminal component again in summer 2025.
• Centres may be subject to a malpractice or maladministration investigation if they fail to make learner entries which adhere to the rules set out above.
