116th NAACP National Convention Hotel Suite Waitlist Form

Please include all information to request a suite in Charlotte, NC.


NAACP and Maritz kindly request that you secure a room within the designated room block before requesting a spot on the suite waitlist. Please note that suites are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.


All requests will be reviewed starting on June 9, 2025.


After June 9, 2025 a representative from Maritz will reach out to you if there is a suite available. We look forward to seeing you in Charlotte!

Once you've booked your room through the housing portal, you should receive a confirmation. You can find your Confirmation ID in the "Profile" section on your confirmation.
